So I entered this literary competition called the Eric Hoffer awards. And now I've been notified that my novel, Beyond All Sense and Reason, is a finalist for the First Horizon Award, best work by a debut author. There are a lot of other finalists so it's kind of a long shot. But it looks like I'll get to bask in my finalist-who-might-win status for several weeks. How cool is that?
